How it works
- You message me on Telegram or WhatsApp. Tell me briefly what bothers you and send the lab results and reports you already have, in any language.
- I read your documents. I sort out what matters in them and what you can ignore.
- We talk by video call or chat. The first consultation takes 45–60 minutes. I explain your results and answer your questions, in English or Russian.
- You get a plan. Which tests make sense, which specialist to see in person and what to ask them.

About me
I work by evidence-based medicine and international guidelines: Maastricht for H. pylori, EASL for the liver, ESGAR for gallbladder polyps. I spend a lot of time debunking gut-health myths and pointless tests, and I often see patients who were sent for a dozen analyses they never needed.
